I turned back to Europe. Now Its charging hassle fee.
I thing this product’s lithium-ion battery does not fit for US 110 Volt. We use 220 Volt in Europe.

Some of the settings at the highest level really get you. I can feel the difference in my abdominal area after a full charge on full blast. However the battery doesn’t last too long in between charges. I do use I twice a day though, and usually for 30 min to an hour each time.

I bought this because after two pregnancies, I have zero core strength whatsoever. I don't expect to get a six-pack out of this, but it does make my core feel more toned and firm/active instead of loose/floppy.

The controls are simple enough and I can definitely feel it working. BIGGEST ISSUE: I can get one 1- minute session before it needs to recharge. I'm using it twice a day, so if I forget to plug it in then I have no second use. Furthermore, sometimes I want to use it longer than 15 minutes...

Choose your mode per the mode description in the manual. Im super used to doing ab exercises so I started at level 4 on Mode 2. A week later went up to level 5. A week later went up to level 6. I just sit and control my breathing until whatever I'm watching has distracted me. I run it twice back to back once a day. It makes me begin to sweat as my blood pressure increases, and I can see my stomach area pulsing. I feel 45min of level 6 on mode 2 is the equivalent to 60 crunches, maybe 80. Go for it if you are already into fitness or are adjusting to slightly increasing your calorie intake. If you live the healthy/ fitness lifestyle already this device will definitely get you the desired results.

This does work you abs and bi and triceps. You really need to start at a low intensity for 30 minutes a day for a month. You will feel and see a difference. Do not go to high or you can cause injury and a lot of discomfort. All in all it is worth the money. You need to buy extra gel pads as you replace them frequently.
