I’ve gotten EMS treatments at my medspa and of course their machines are lot more sophisticated and stronger but hey- this comes pretty damn close! This little belt packs a punch!! Definitely worth it! I was worried at a few reviews I saw that said it stops working. I’ve only had it for a few weeks but so far, so good!

So what I love about this device is that it really holds a charge! I use it multiple times a day and won’t have to charge it for days on end.
It’s definitely changed my stomachs shape. Now do I have a 6pack? No. But my stomachs overall appearance is flatter and more toned.

Consistency is key here. If you wanna see results I recommend using it twice to 3 times a day at level 9/10.

For the price it’s worth every penny!

First of all, it’s not as big as it looks like on the picture. Especially if your abdomen is wide. So I just started it right now and I wet it up real good on the inside and charged it up real good too. I put it on and I could feel it go deep down inside and pull something. I don’t know if it’s is my muscle or fat lol.! It’s kind of stingy , a bit too much at first but I am getting used to it. Mode 1 level 12 . It actually feels like a tens unit so I’m sure you can use it on your back as well.
Update: well after using it for 20 minutes on my stomach I was feeling ill. It felt like it twisted stuff inside. I was not well for two days but that’s me. I have a hiatal hernia surgery and two regular hernias near my belly button. So I don’t recommend for that at all. So I stopped using it on my stomach and use it for my back for sciatica and it actually does me better there than my stomach. I’ll keep it for my low back. The straps hold really good I recommend for either or

This review is for anyone sitting on the fence about the X-Force EMS ab stimulator. I was always the one to skip ab day at the gym, simply because I found it tedious and less rewarding. That's until I got my hands on the X-Force EMS ab stimulator. Initially, I was skeptical about how effective an electronic muscle stimulator could really be. But let me tell you, it's been a revelation. The convenience of strengthening my core while doing everyday tasks around the house has been a game-changer. The gel pads adhere well, and I'm already on my third set, which is pretty good going considering the daily use. It's a solid investment for those who find traditional ab workouts a chore.

I am a personal trainer, and I will tell you if you want this as a magic bullet to lose weight/burn fat there is no such thing please don’t waste money buying bullets. However, if you are using this as a abs massager it is really nice. Massagers are great for building recovery from workouts to help build muscles. I have been using this a few times a week to help massage my abs after work outs and it really does help. Electric muscle stimulators are some of the best ways to help muscles recover. I ham a big guy with a lot of flesh and this can get down deep enough . Just remember it is not a substitute for a good work out, but can be a great addition to your recovery process.
