   I stopped going to the gym because of the pandemic and started building my own home gym (like many other folks out there). So far I am digging this pilates bar, but I've only recently started using it a couple times a week. I need to use it more because it really does give a full-body workout.

   This bar is sturdy once you lock it in! It unassembles when you don't lock it in which is good for storage and it comes with a black nylon sack for storage! As far as exercising with it is concerned it certainly is an intense workout! Definitely worth the money!

Very nice bar love the different resistant bands and the fact that you can join them as you get stronger, perfect for the change in climate to be able to do some at home workout, I had to get my sister one and now after seeing how great there customer service is I recommend it to all my family and friends!
