These would have been perfect except that one of the bands was defective. The heavy band actually feel lighter than the medium. One side of it is thinner if you look closely at the photo but it causes a big difference in terms of resistance.

If these came in perfect condition with no defect, I would have given it five stars. They are pretty inexpensive, just know that if you get them, you might need to do an exchange!
