Limited life
These used daily for knee rehab exercise. A couple snapped after 3wks. But I expected that tbh. No complaints.

Shorter than expected
Based on the photos I thought the bands would have been longer, I can’t get both legs in. My legs are not ‘tree trunks’.

I am a seriously weak diabetic with tons of health issues and my legs have been so weak that my ankles sprain or break at least on a yearly basis. After a near death experience I have had random anxious energy and focusing on getting my legs back into shape has been helpful.. It's been hard but I've stuck with it for 3 weeks working out my legs and mah booty. I've been debilitated for so long... if I can do it with my zero energy and get started (it's definitely improved my energy) anyone can. I did have to cave and finally get some leggings to help it stay in place, I find it does move a bit. I quickly graduated to the medium level and think it will be my preferred level. I am the ultimate beginner, I have never exercised on a daily basis and seeing results and feeling better about myself really does help. I have never been able to do a squat in true form and now I can do at least 30 so I feel a bit addicted to seeing positive results.
