Soweit die Theorie.
Leider ist der Ball für mich zu schwer. Somit hat sich das erledigt.
Aber ich habe dennoch eine wirklich tolle Einsatzmöglichkeit gefunden. Punkte im Rücken kann man damit wirklich gut im Sitzen behandeln, indem man den Ball dort platziert, wo es weh tut (Beispiel Lendenwirbel) und startet es. Man muss sich nur zurücklehnen und entspannen.
Dafür ist die Vibration stark genug. Der Ball wirkt ziemlich robust und lässt sich über Ubs Kabel am PC aufladen.

Then I decided to purchase this more expensive ball that could be charged, and I expected it to be a higher quality product, and while it does feel nicer physically, the motor isn't even close to as strong as my cheap $10 massage ball.
It has three settings, and the max speed isn't really strong, and it automatically turns off after like 10 minutes. Who uses a massage ball for chronic pain for 10 minutes? I use my other ones all day, and swap the batteries as they go bad, charge them and swap them out at least 4-5 times a day.
Unfortunately, this ball cost three times as much as the ones I've used for years, you have to get your own charging block (it comes with the USB wire but no charging block/wall plug, charge it for four hours, and it's just not effective for my use.
If you need a nice feeling ball that only works for 10 minutes at a time, try it, but I have to imagine there are better options out there. I was able to purchase 5 of the last of my old ones that I could find that are made from HoMedics, but they've discontinued the product, so these are the last 5 that I'll have. Luckily they last about a year a piece, so I should be good until hopefully rechargeable batteries get better and someone makes a ball worth spending the money on.
