Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, then mail your return to the address included in the return notice. 

You may also use the prepaid shipping label enclosed with your package. Return shipping charges will be paid by the customer. 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least thirty (30) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

PRODUCT WARRANTY

JackedApe warrants that each Product furnished under this Agreement will conform to its Specifications for the Warranty Period (the “Product Warranty”). All Product Warranty claims must be filed in writing with JackedApe within the applicable Warranty Period. The duration of JackedApe’s Product Warranty is individual Product-specific for each Product furnished under this Agreement (the “Warranty Period”). The Warranty Period begins on the date of purchasing of a Warranty Agreement by JackedApe and expires on the earliest of: end of the agreed time from the date of purchasing; or (ii) any retest date, expiration date or shelf life date printed on the Product label, packaging or certificate of analysis.

Acceptance and Rejection. JackedApe may reject any Product that has a Product Defect or that otherwise does not conform to JackedApe’ purchase order or to the Product Warranty, or that fail the acceptance criteria (if any) specified for that Product in Exhibit A. In order to reject a Product, JackedApe must give written notice of rejection to the thX within [ 30 Days ] after receipt of such Product or, in the case of a Latent Defect, within [30 Days] after JackedApe becomes aware of such Latent Defect, which notice shall specify the reason for rejection. If no such notice of rejection is received within the relevant time frame, the shipment of Product shall be deemed to have been accepted, provided that, notwithstanding any acceptance or deemed acceptance of Product, the Product Warranty shall continue to cover the Product. Any Product rejected by JackedApe will be subject to the same provisions as those applicable to a breach of the Product Warranty. JackedApe will maintain records of Product failures in JackedApe’ customer facilities and inform thX in accordance with the requirements of the Quality Agreement.
