I was quite impressed by this vibrating massage ball. It's easy to use and has been very effective to relieve the muscle knots on my upper back. I've also used it on my shoulders and legs. The different vibration settings are quite a treat and help penetrate even deeper into the muscles, especially smaller muscle groups that are sometimes difficult to reach by conventional ways. It also comes with a nice bag and charger.

I had the Hyperice vibrating massage ball for 5 years and it broke so I needed something to hold its place and wanted to try a cheaper product.
Compared to Hyperice:
Cons: The vibration of this product is very small and I'd say doesn't do a whole lot. However, I'm a competitive powerlifter and I need heavy strong massaging. For the average person who just has some stiffness, I think it would be enough. The Hyperice even on the lowest setting will make the ball travel because of how strong the big the vibration is. This one barely vibrates, almost like its vibrating inside of the coating if that makes sense.
A bit louder than the Hyperice.
Pros: I like the size of this one more. Its slightly smaller and can get deeper in the shoulder blades or psoas or the mid back and digs in more. But bigger than a lacrosse ball. Perfect size.
Overall, its doing the job, just wish it had a bigger vibration.

This item would be great if it would actually stay in place while you were trying to massage that sore spot. I like the idea that you could move it where you need it, but it just doesn’t have the strength to stay in the spot to accommodate your needs. If it had where you could permanently attach it, it would be an amazing tool.

I love this massager! I was introduced to it by my Physical Therapist. His product was $79 and this one is half the price and a different brand name but it’s essentially the very same product. I recommend it highly if you need a massager you can roll where you need it and lean on it so you don’t need to hold it. Love it.

I liked this at first, although I think it is a bit large for a woman even though I am 5'7". But anyway, I only used the vibration function twice and then when I tried to charge it the second time it wouldn't charge so it wouldn't vibrate. I use the ball anyway, but I rate it only so-so.
