The foam was too hard for my previously broken leg areas/muscle damage. It hurt too much. Fortunately, I've found another that works better. Returned.

I really needed this for my lower legs and upper arms. I have something called lipedema and need it to break up painful nodules. It felt WONDERFUL on my lower arms, but unfortunately that's not where I needed it and I couldn't use it where I did need it. They've been great in giving me my return slip already though.

At first I thought it wouldn't work for me, but after using it the first time, it is my go to tool. Not only for sore muscles, but for tired muscles, tense muscles, and even works on muscle cramps. Wonderfully made and externally durable. Exactly as described. So happy I have!!!

I purchased this mainly for forearm / wrist pain. The massager is a perfect size for both legs & arms. Rolling it slowly allows the muscle to relax. Didn’t realize how many knots I had until I hit “the spot”

I overdid some yoga poses yesterday and stressed my knees I used this a couple of times and they feel fine this morning. I don't know about the long-term sturdiness but so far so good. Easy to use while watching TV and easy to pack and take with you. Good price for the result I'm feeling.

Bought this for my daughter who dances and has sore muscles a lot! She loves this! It has the right amount of tension when rolled up and down her calves and arms. She has small thighs so she can get is over her thighs but I can't get it over mine. It is portable as well! Thinking about getting a second one.

I strained my calf muscle and got this based on a video from YouTube. After using this regularly my pain is gone and I can run again. I do still use it regularly tho just because I think it’s good to loosen/relax muscles and I’ve heard it can b good for cellulite. I just use it on my calf’s tho and highly recommended it. It’s has other uses based on the packaging but I’ve never used it any other way.

It is sturdy. Exactly what they promise. It's a little stiff. Meaning, I wish it was adjustable for hips, and generally to get around certain parts of my body to break up facia/cellulite like the upper back and buttocks. I like how I can do the entire leg and arms all at once. That is why I purchased it. Good product.. Well done. Also, a YOUTUBE posting using a real person in the different ways it can be used. (the video offered is just okay and doesn't really do more than the photos) The photos are nice. Is that the only ways to use it ? Also a little more instructions on length of time to use it to break up facia. I would buy again or an upgrade that answers the above. Thrive!
