   I stopped going to the gym because of the pandemic and started building my own home gym (like many other folks out there). So far I am digging this pilates bar, but I've only recently started using it a couple times a week. I need to use it more because it really does give a full-body workout.

   It’s easy to assemble but forget about taking it apart. If you want your fingers, don’t try to take it apart.

   Easy to use. Easy to switch out bands. Comes with adjustable straps which is useful when your 4'10". Really give a good workout.

   The product seems to be well made (first day using it) and while the images on JackedApe show a paper guide with images of various exercises, there wasn’t one included. There is a QR code that is supposed to provide access to videos, but all it does it take you to Facebook Messenger where there is nothing. Also, BetterSense website does not appear to provide access to videos either. I’m a first time use so could definitely use the guidance. There is always YouTube…

   This is overall a pretty good product. Easy assembly, sturdy, and seems like good quality. The bands seem strong. The only thing is that they are a bit too long for me. I'm 5ft3in, and if I rest the bar across my shoukders and squat, there is really not much resistance, only about 2/3 of the way up so I feel anything.
   Unfortunately, you can shorten the bands. I was able to improvise and use it in other ways but the band length seemed to make it awkward. I may return it if i find something similar.
   Probably is best for a tall person with long arms and legs

   Great pilates bar. I'm 5'4 so I wrap the bands around bar a few times if I want a tighter move. Bands seem very solid so far.

   This bar is amazing. It does not feel cheap and is super easy to assemble. It’s very easy to use. It came with a couple exercise position to try but I have mainly followed along YouTube videos. For anyone getting into Pilates this is a great yet inexpensive tool to use.

I was really surprised at the versatility the bar gave me and the band help with added more resistance. I had to start with the second band but knowing at any point I can add more helps.
