1. Introduction

Welcome to JackedApe (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”). JackedApe operates as a subsidiary of XZ Global (“XZGlobal,” “XZG”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our websites, platforms, and services, including but not limited to jackedape.com, jackedape.de, jackedape.fr, jackedape.uk, and jkdape.cc (used for short social links by our affiliates).

2. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds

– Payments are securely processed through Stripe and PayPal.

– Subscriptions may be canceled at any time; however, refunds are not issued once a payment has been processed.

– JackedApe reserves the right to modify pricing and discontinue services at its discretion.

3. Services Management & Termination

– JackedApe reserves the right to modify, suspend, or restrict access to its services at any time.

– User accounts may be suspended or terminated for violating policies or engaging in fraudulent activities.

4. Indemnification & Liability Limitations

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless JackedApe, XZ Global, and its subsidiaries from claims or damages arising from misuse of our services.

5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

– Disputes shall first be subject to informal resolution. If unresolved, arbitration or legal proceedings will follow as outlined in XZ Global’s Dispute Resolution Policy.

6. Miscellaneous

– AI-Generated Content and Social Media Integration.

We may use tools provided by AllosAI, our in-house AI automation platform, to generate and publish marketing or promotional content (such as product posts, captions, or images) across third-party social media platforms, including Meta (Instagram/Facebook), X (formerly Twitter), and LinkedIn.
All social media publishing is performed by or on behalf of us with full authorization. These tools are never used to post on behalf of customers or users.

– If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining sections will continue in full force.

– These Terms do not establish any partnership, employment, or agency relationship between users and JackedApe.
